                    Ce dialler , e doar o poza .

                    1) Nu folosesc antivirusi din 2000 .
                    2) Vista e instalat in 2007 (ianuarie 30) si merge perfect .

                    Unii antivirusi alerteaza si la Notepad , asa sunt de buni ...

                      Orez

                      Eu fac un orez care iese super asa: Folosesc orez care se fierbe cu tot cu punga lui(Muller`s Muhle) un plic are 125 gr.(4 plicuri la cutie) E bun ca se fierbe repede si ramane "ferm" nu se flescaieste. Dupa ce il scurg il pun intr-un vas pe foc, adaug unt la ochi, destul de mult, amestecand mereu apoi pun parmezan ras(tot la plic) amestecand mereu. Si gata. E o minunatie.

                          Reteta mea : orez , porumb , morcovi, ardei gras (ciuperci) . Orezul fiert separat , morcovii si ardeiul gras fierti impreuna, apoi morcovii cu ardeiul , cu porumbul si cu ciupercile calite vreo 4-5 minute in unt sau ulei , amestecat cu sare si ierburi de Provence (sau Jamaica pt senzatii mai tari ) , iar apoi toate amestecate , si servite alaturi de carne prajita .

                              Ia inca o reteta© :

                              Cus-cus (ochiometric) se pune in apa fierbinte , dupa ce se umfla se scurge de excesul de apa (se umfla in 5 minute) , se pune intr-o tigaie cu unt topit , se toarna peste el sos de tomate + masline rondele si putina sare . Se caleste putin .

                              Se calesc putin in unt niste legume (amestec mexican sau hawaian , sau amestec facut din morcovi , porumb, ceapa ,fasole verde , ardei) .

                              Se prajesc in unt cateva bucati de carne de pui sau curcan (ornate in prealabil cu sare/piper/boia de ardei/ierburi) , care se stropesc cu vin , spre finalul operatiunii . Bai , nu beti vinul inainte


                              Toate cele 3 sortimente se aseaza intr-o farfurie si se incepe operatiunea de balotare . Pofta mare !

                                Reteta cu Avocado

                                Pentru 4 porţii

                                100g boabe porumb-(din borcan sau doză)
                                8 măsline negre fără sâmburi
                                2 praz-uri
                                1 avocado,sort Hass
                                2 linguri mari de Emmentaler răzuit
                                8 felii fierte de şuncă de curcă
                                Sare,piper,suc de lămâie

                                1.Boabele de porumb se pasează printr-o sită,măslinele se toacă.
                                Prazul se curăţă şi se spală,se feliază in felii subţiri.
                                2.Avocado se despica,se scoate sâmburele,se cojeşte.Miezul se
                                zdrobeşte cu o furculiţă şi se amestecă cu porumbul,măslinele,
                                prazul şi cu brâza răzuită.Se condimentează cu sare,piper şi
                                zeama de lămâie.Se întinde acestă masă pe feliile de şuncă de
                                curcă,se roluiesc şi e gata de servire.
