You need two separate dishes or at least two separate and LNBs to watch Ku and C.

How many lnbs are attached to this dish ? KU band lnb and C band are two different and their frequencies are also different. Just take your time to learnt this things and you will get to know all. C band frequencies have four digit eg 4055 H or V and symbol rate has either four or five digits 25700 whereas KU band have five digits eg 11869 H 27600 etc. like for your case in Kenya KBC Channel one is always Ku 11590 H 8681. I hope wih my explaination you will understand.
