I was NOT informing the Pakistani viewers,
BUT all others in other non Pakistan areas, eg Asia, South Pacific, etc etc.
BUT, as this is the first time PTV has telecatsed the Pakistani match on AS3.
Thanks to the Head of the PakistanTV network.
Al least , u have made so many non Pakistani residents happy.

My reciever is 'VBOX DIG 6000 puls' FTA reciever, I do not have manual (inheritaed from previous user. Do u have any idea about this reciever I have viaaccess, seca, Ire* & Nagra software(code menu what it call). I would like to install CONAX etc etc.

Please help me for the above matter.

Not possible, unless you can find suitable 3rd party software (unlikely)!

Easier to buy a Conax capable receiver like Magix 8800+ (if you can find one). Check specs on others available too.
