    Thanks for the replies and advice.I am living in Islamabad and a dish installer in Rawalpindi said that 6 ft(one Piece)Goof quality(shabbir...Manufatured dish) is enough to receive maximum channels in Islamabad from Hot bird.He recommends 8 feet (in pieces) of any quality.But my budget is for only 6 feet good quality dish.Now guide me whether to buy 6 feet dish or 8 feet low quality low price dish.

    dear brother,

    u can watch many channels, but if u receive 80% signal of 8 ft, then on six feet u can watch only 30 %, and in heavy weather u ll lose many channels . 8 ft is good for u in PAKISTAN.

    Yeah.. 8 Feet solid dish is best for HOTBIRD..

    Six footy single piece off set dish is expensive than a 8 feet local assembled
