    Default which cable to choose?


    i am watching tv through the satellite dish using a decoder. i wonder which type of cable is better either

    1. HENEST 9116 75 ohm series 6 1c18 UL listed CATV or CM or C(UL)
    or
    2. NOKIA/ASTRO Type SAT19B-RG-6F complient gas injected

    they are both the same, imho.

    they are both the same, imho corect
    rg 6 has a tin foil not sure about the other one
    but use coax with a good quility copper foil yes it makes a differance

    i run the test by cutting 12cm of henest and rg6. The rg6 have a extra of 1% quality which is better. before this i have installed the henest connecting 2 my dish about 20m. I very regrest since i think the losses would be very high

    Really there is no choice, a good quality triple shielded RG6 is all that's required

    Cable quality matters a great deal, and the costs go higher with quality.
    If you can also add one with UV protection then you get a real long life
    with the cables.
