    Default visionplus1020a having problem


    hi everybody in this forum
    my vp1020a now not working fine in my system ,my problem is pci card vp1020a not giving enough voltage to LNB ,that is less than 4volts ,it should be between 13v-19v to get working on each polarity,i have to do shorting in the LNB connector of the card and it starts to work fine till shut my system,after rebooting next time the problm remains same and i have to same type of shorting ,removing cabel and shorting and connecting again ,(but it works great in my friend's computer with no conflicts)pleae help me

    your power supply is not enough.

    thanks for your replay
    as u said i cheked my power supply,my psu is 450w.i checked all the voltages at the motherboard i read these ie +5v at red cable ,and +11.90v at yellow cable and at the pci slot it shows +4.96v is this the problem ,my main AC voltage varies between 199v-209v is this the problem ,but how it works after shorting the lnb connector any clues,and how to overcome all these problems thanks!
