    Dear friends Roger,
I given the correct link for uploading the right software
which is working fine in my receiver. Please note that
it's non official site of the Mediastar service centre( I am
not revealing the place ). You can trust 100%
    http://p321.com/upload/index.php?&di...tory=MEDIASTAR

Just download the stb 1.9 version first.
then file HITEC-11Jul2005.zip , which is a zip file extract the
hitech.bin file to your computer desktop. hope you have cross
    connected cable ( conn. 2--3, 3--2 & 5--5). connect both ends
to receiver and PC. keep power off your receiver. open uploader
1.9, click load, browse the bin file. then click connect and same
time power on your receiver(must do same time and becareful
dont put on before click connect). so u can see the downloading
bars in your computer. it wll go stb will stay empty, you can see
the message flash right and upgrade complete(wait until that)
message in your computer. so your receiver is ready. retune
all channels and enjoy all packages.
