    Default TFC and GMA Frequencies


    Does anyone know which satellite broadcasts TFC and GMA channels and what sr the frequiencies that the TFC and GMA come on? please let me know please

    GMA is available as FTA in [email protected] Fr.3704 vertical, S/R-6716, FEC-3/4

    TFC on AB3 at 12711H SR30000

    GMA on Orbit at 11175H SR27500 i think.
    HP-Compaq DC5000 MT 1.5GB RAM

    Thank You bro alots for helping me, but still need to learn alots of things in this field.. If not mistaken AB3 is facing ASIA side in Kuwait and Orbit is on Badr facing Europe (it would come from which hotbird or Nliesat dish?) right bro? correct me if i am wrong then only i would learn......

    oops! an honest mistake TFC not on AB3 but on Atlantic Bird2(got myself confuse,too) a little bit offset Nile Sat, 5deg west its AB3 alright! GMA on telstar 76.5 deg east is not FTA it's encoded in conax, you better get it in Orbit!

    check lingsat or satcodx to get proper position.

    if you are in kuwait, let your dish face towards doha. almost the same position as nilesat. in fact, you can get hotbird, arabsat, nilesat and ab3 (ab2 is 6W), in a single dish using 3 lnb's.

    just go and hire some of the people from hawally, they will charge you around 3kd for alignment.

    this two channel are not FTA you can see only on legal subs. or cs

    If your going to get sub cards, there will be no problem since all is free... installation, disk & a crap receiver(can be use as door stopper). But if your going to see it for free tru sharing you have to look for somebody who's running a server. If your intention is the latter our m8 boknoy is the logical option(leave it to the pro), since a nubee will have a hard time aligning it!
