Default Is my Tuner gone? PS 8210 CISK

My receiver is POwersky PS 8210 CISK

Recently I have updated the software for getting polsat. Unfortunately after that no channels are coming. I have done the factory setting. chnaged the boot file. Always it will show the Satellite name, signal quality and strength etc. In the menu when we check the signal level it is showing as strength 99% and quality 70%. Then manual tuning or automatic tuning also can done. We can see that it is scanning each transponder. But no channels are coming and after last it will show "Scanning Failed". SOmebody suggested that I should go for Jtaging. But I understand that JTAG is required only when the serial port is not recognising and 8888 is always on the Display. That is why I am afraid to do the Jtaging. Any suggestion from , all the experts in this forum are expected. Thank you in advance for you kind help
