    hi my friend
you can find the flash here www.srsupport.com or www.moresat.net
    download the flash
    unzip the file
1 inside the file you will find ALIMINIUP use it to uprgrade your receiver
    2 switch OFF your receiver
3 browse for the .bin file and chose COM1 then click next
    4 switch ON your receiver
    5 wait till upgrading finishes
    your receiver will write END
now switch it OFF then ON

""if this does not help let me know""

    the RS232 cable should be
    2.........3
    3.........2
    5.........5

    you are done
    congratulation

the software EL 700 FTA super from w*w.srsupport.c*m works just fine for startrack 15x super as well. Tried it today and it worked! Both receivers have the same chip as the local receiver shop owner said.
