    HI,

    TECHINISAT SkyStar2 OR SkyStar2 USB , WHICH ONE HAVING BETTER PERFORMANCE AND SUPPORT PLUGINs AND INTERNET DATA REGARDLESS ONE OF USB.

    Both of them are ok.
    but if you ask me i'll say "TECHINISAT SkyStar2" cuz it's more popular and has better support.

    hi,

    do usb skystar s box compatable with mytheatre, progdvb, dvbdream and skyview etc?

    This things are almost same, only one of them(SS2- pci)
    makes full use of your computer, while the pci model is external power, plus
    doesnt take lots of your comp memory compared to the 1st one.

    Yes it is just like the pci model, and will use this programmes stored in the pc.
    it is compatible to the lot but dont know abt skyview

    they are both the same, only the interface is changed to adopt to notebook users. but if you own a pc, better get the pci since it is cheaper and you do not have to put additional power supply unit to use it.

    and yes, it works on those softwares you mentioned, skyview included.
