    Default Dream Tv

Hi All I need some direction ! I am located in Canada and have been watching Dishnetwork (nagravision) for some time...My brother has been living in Thailand (6 hours south of BKK) and has asked me to try and find ways of getting him some sat tv. After a little bit of researching on Lyngsat it seems Dream tv out of the Phillipines would be his best bet.. Anyways I've got 2 weeks till I head over to the land of smiles and I would like to help him get set up with sat tv. I'm not asking for handouts just a bit of direction....I've programmed many nagravision cards in my time and fta also but I have no idea what the best platform for him would be... Anyone..... Thanks,
