    Default Lyngsat and Satco DX not accurate!!

    I frequently compare the both, and sometimes on the same sattelite
    there are different frequency's or they are incomplete!

    Check for yourself!

    that's why our next investment would be to purchase a receiver with blindscan feature. that way, we don't have to rely on others for active transponders.

    Best boknoy_ph and Panda

    I agree with you Boknoy_ph... a very good blindscan should do the trick,
    I have several receivers, but all have one or more bad "points",
    like my sft2000 it's tuner is as deaf as my grandfather..

    There was an article in the "tele-sattelite" concerning sensitivity of some
    tuners in new released receivers. but they tested only a limited few.

    I would like to have a nice receiver, with a "low treshold" function, and
    a supersensitive tuner in combination with blind scan...

    The best combination I have is a Dreambox 7000s with the davinci image.

    If anyone has a good suggestion.....

    Greetings

    @anival,

    then what do you suggest would be the next big thing? lol.

    @henke,

    im not sure if Triple Dragon does what your DreamBox can do, but i think DreamBox offers far more flexibility.

    Well if you know that I allready did the next:

    Cable's from the best quality, lnb's of the highest quality (I am planning to buy the chapparal C band LNBF because it supports left and right signals.
    My dishe's are 21 feet mesh/8 feet solid/ 6feet solid/ 4 feet solid and a small dish for the L band.

    I am thinking to buy a blindscan receiver, but I don't know wich one is supersensitive..

    ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELKOM
