    As per Telecom Regulatory Authority of India anything less than 256kbps should not be called as broadband. May be Airtel didn't read those things The world is moving to 8mbps and so on but Airtel still having 64kbps plan

    64kbps is not at all Broadband. It is called Dialup. For broadband, the speed should be atleast 256kbps in India.

    Airtel may stage anything as a marketing drive to get more customers but 64K is not a broadband connection in any standards...

    Airtel Broad band unlimited plan great value for money. They give 64kbps unlimited for Rs.499/- but BSNL gives only 2Mbps with 2.5gb limit for Rs.500

    @Bangalore
    How is your Dreambox working? Got servers for sharing?

    Whatever they call it, but 64kbps is not Broadband.

    I get 144kbps unlimited for Rs.250/- from BSNL. Its a CDMA connection. Cannot be used for Gbox.
