If u have star sat 550d ,First off all do factory setting , I mean press factory settings or factory default from menu and again search all hotbird channels
then go to menu and press installation (if input code appear at bottom then it is ok if not then u go to parental lock and press 817500 or 987600 then press menu and exit ) then go to any tps channel form this frequency 10834, 10873 , 10911 and turn off ur receiver form remote then turn on any tps channel and wait for data updating message disappear, remeber each time u want hotbird sat to watch then each time u have to do same action.ok

Dear , this action is to do just for one time and not always and after searching completed and channels are running just go to meny and then system setup and press "backup data" , all ur channels backup will be created and when some one again do software his stb he has to just go to menu and system setup and press "restore system" all channels come in same as he stored . ok and there are more than 50 scrambled channel in hotbird sat which can be viewed by software. ok
