    Default confused

hi brothers,,,wondering if someone can explain why this is happening,,,,,
i lost signal from one of my dishes,,it was below the reception threshold of signal strength,,,normally around 83-84%,,,but i had dropped to 77 which is not enough for my box to operate with,,,i thought the dish had moved in the wind,,,so i attached a small cheapo sat finder meter i have to the line to try to refocus the dish,,,but as soon as the meter was inline,,it improved the reception back to normal,,,removed it and the signal was gone again,,put it back inline ,,and was ok again,,,,the meter confirmed that the dish is focused to the strongest "sweetspot"
    whats happening here
is the meter acting like an amplifier
    any thoughts are appreciated
    cheers,,,dave

Check the cable socket from Dreambox LNB IN , or from LNB out , or if you have an h-h motor give an hardware restart , factory defaults . Or if you have h-h motor , enter Menu>Setup>Service Searching>Motor Setup>Blue button> Direction <-STOP-> and press left or right buttons to fine move dish to east or west with one step , maybe the dish are moved by the wind or something .
