    Default dish problem

    hi all.
    hope u r ok .

Well i have a problem , on one of my dishes , i can get almost all the channels of Thaicom-3 but i cannot get 3600 frequency ............

similarly when i moved that dish to Panamsat-7 , then i could get geo tv and some other channels but i could not get the Ary channels i.e 3863 frequency .

what can be the problem , or should i change my dish ?

I have changed the lnb but it did not work

    bye

your satellite dish has nothing to do with your problem and if it is, you'll get no other frequencies at all......

you never mentioned your stb's name and model. why don't you upgrade your receivers'[ software/firmware for starters....

Not all the tps from a satellite is of equal strength. May be the tps you miss would be weaker. Check whether others near you get those tps with same size dish as you have.

plz check if there is any booster(mobile pole) too closer to your home?if yes ,then you will have to purchase single solution F C Band LNB to overcome the problem.
