M & D Line

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On the M line u have only your ip/dyndns and your password.

When u use the box via i-net:

Quote:
M: { gbox1.dyndns.com { BBB1234 }}

or when u use only for homeshare:

Quote:
M: { 192.168.0.3 { AAA1234 }}

On the D line u have the peers listen to there u want connect.

A typical Dline for homeshare looks :

Quote:
D: { 192.168.0.3 { 8000 7000 { AAA1234 { A3 A3 }}}}

or for i-net:

Quote:
D: { frendsdyndns.org { 8000 7000 { AAA1234 { A3 A3 }}}}

the first is the ip or dyndns form the box u want to connect. the next are the ports (your port and the frends port). the first port (8000 in this sample) must be forwarded in your router via udp to your reciver/server when he is also connectet to a i-net box. the second port is that the other side used on the box. at third we have the password. the first A3 is the share level for local cards the second A3 is the share level for cards u recive from others.

example of a config of two boxes one is alos connectet via i-net.

Quote:
Box 1 connectet to a second homebox and to a i-net frend and have the ip 192.168.0.2 in home lan.

M: { gbox1.dyndns.com { BBB1234 }}

D: { gbox2.dyndns.com { 8000 7050 { CCC1234 {A3 A3 }}}}
D: { 192.168.0.3 { 8000 7000 { AAA1234 { A3 A3 }}}}

Quote:
Box2 is only connectet to Box1 via home lan.
M: { 192.168.0.3 { AAA1234 }}

D: { 192.168.0.2 { 7000 8000 { BBB1234 { A3 A3 }}}}
