    Default DM500 Satellite XML Updated 07/10/2007


    Satellite XML Update 07/10/2007
    From 68.5 East round to 180 Deg East
    This is a corrected satellite xml seperated cband and ku band
    includes all known transponders upto date 07/10/2007
    This is our own work
    Author www.eldsat.com - Phuket Satellite
    Dealers also have our permission to use this updated XML File
    Correct way to INSTALL
    FACTORY RESET
    once factory reset use dreamedit to blast the new xml file
    ENJOY

    hi m8,,thnx for that updated file,,,but can u tell me,,what information is lost when a factory reset is done?,,is there another way to install it?

    you can use dcc xml file is in var/ets send it over then reboot

    You can just send the XML File over with dreamedit ( no factory reset )
    But the correct way would be to FACTORY reset and clear the box

    If you have a server on your box you need to save the config file frst
    depends on what server you are running CCcam / MgCamd / Newcamd
    The locations of the config's are as follows

    CCcam.cfg = var / etc
    MgCamd = var / keys file normally is Newcamd.list
    Newcamd/610b = var /tuxbox / config / newcamd

    Once you have ftp the correct config file to your PC
    Factory Reset - Then blast the XML with dreamedit
    Then setup your satellite's
    Then download the correct server ie Cccam / Mgcamd / Newcamd from the downloads menu and FTP back the file you saved on your PC back to the correct location

    Thats It
