Default Got Dream TV on my Dreambox but no sound

Finally got a picture from the Dreambox, but no sound.Thought it might be the audio/video cables,so I plugged in the ones from the DVD player, but still no sound.Got AXN and a few other channels(although not the full list, which I'd also like to get)came in very clear.I was surprised because its a scrambled channel, and I still haven't a clue on how to put keys in manually, nor what I need to do it.Does anyone have an Idea on how to deal with the sound problem,or any of these other matters.I now have a nice interface for DBCC,and therefore something to work with.Any help will be appreciated .mellow.

    check on personal settings
whether AV sound is on or off,
the others are only mute, and volume control.

some channels do get scrambled by sound,
while some by picture, and some on both,
lets hope its not the scrambling
