Default No Dream TV on Dreambox

My Dreambox didn't have Agila Sat configured into it,so I went to the menu and put it in there.Did a manual transponder scan, exited when finished.Went to DB edit, reloaded the files into the PC and then send them back to the dreambox,Agila was still not listed(used Lynsat for Sat info.)Anyone with any idea on this? Also how I know which transponder is the best, does the scan automatically pick the best one?
    Needless to, say no picture.
