    translates the ECM stream into something your receiver will understand which will result in you viewing and hearing the tv channel.

    thank u! but its happening in vplug..emulation...hmm! but nothing happened.

    depends on your version of the vplug, if it actually is updated and is capable of decrypting the ECM.

    ECM stream contains the CW to decrypt the scarambled channel. But the CW's inside the ECM is also Encrypted using keys. The keys we enter e.g Polsat keys is the key which is used to decrypt the CW's from the incoming ECM stream. These CW's are sent CSA to decrypt the channel.

    This is not only happening in vPlug but also in other emu.
    Echolink does the same so does all the older stbs which open channels using keys.

    Even if u have the Orignal Subscription to any package the same happens. The ECM is sent to the SmartCard and the SmartCard send back the CW's

    maybe he is trying to view some channel which is not supported by his emulation, thus vplug is attempting to decode the ECM but fails.
