    Default Dm500s Channel Scan

I have a big problem. My DM500s receiver doesn't have any more signal gives me only about ~60% SNR and nothing more. I have tried it in different sats. Is this a common problem? How can i fix this? I just bought the receiver from dvbkey (just a week ago). Using the old receiver(Visionnet & Humax)
    works fine.

I using Zinwell C band LNB.My LNB settings is 05150,05150,05150.I have even tried living treshold to default 11700 same result.

if u connect 1 of ur other boxes and u have a signal then the dm500 has a problem. try disconnecting and reconnecting the coax cable in the back of the dm500

is the LNB frequancy correct, are you clicking Ok to lock the frequancy figures into the system. Is the receiver on the correct satellite listing, for that frequancy. If other receivers a re working on your system, then there is something wrong with the settings in the 500
    regards from OZ bassett

I using C band LNB i read in forum for using C band i need to go through non standard configuration and enter L: 05150 H: 05150 Treshold:05150 and then selected the satellite & did automatic scan.I also tried manual scan aswell same result none of the channels get locked. The SNR is not going beyond ~ 61%
I have tried chaning the the treshold & high values but no success.
