Can answer only 2, 3 & 4. The 'English' probably comes from Daeng am I right ? It is a cross between Deutch und Englisch
No English native speaker or Thai for that matter could possibly understand what's written !
I have an SMC brand router. The password is smcadmin. To get the router details and settings on your pc you enter 192.168.2.1 then put in the password smcadmin. You will see NAT on the left side...correct ! He then says enter the ip of your dreambox .....but how do you find that ip ?
My humble suggestion is to take the box to Daeng in CM. He is not only an expert with the dreambox but also with satellite reception. He receives more channels on his dish than anyone else I know in SE Asia......he's posted screen shots to prove that !
Dont think anyone up there has the knowledge than Daeng has !
NB because of the computer skills needed to set up and operate the DM
I was happy to pay Satthai an extra 1500 for his box. Also I was lucky enough to have another RDI member..from the Netherlands in my case...to help me. He was great and spent hours helping me set up my second server. In the end its all worth it, as your box and server are very good and you will get more channels up where you are in the North nearer to China than we do in Bkk But plse remembers servers are never 100 percent perfect....in your case ...I have the same one.....perhaps 85 percent perfect .

I'm sorry but I don;t understand why you would want to open your dreambox to folks on the internet. I mean to say, why would you forward ports from the internet to your internal dreambox? Do you want folks on the internet to access your dreambox remotely?

Please note some of this numbers are a common ip for dreambox, and windows,
and does not directly affect personals.
there are personal ip addresses which are not mentioned,
most of this affect the personal routers, thats what i think.

in order to get the dreambox ip, the box needs to be connected to internet, just go the expert set up and you would find it, as for the port 21 and 23 is concerned which are used for gboxer for card sharing, you need to open these port on your router, write the dreambox ip in the DMZ in your router, hope it helps, by the way, which DB have you got, i mean 500, 7000, 7020, 7025?
