    Default Operatorii de servicii Tv nu mai pot percepe abonamentul in avans

    In urma discutiilor purtate intre presedintele Autoritatii Nationale pentru Protectia Consumatorilor, Marian Zlotea, si operatorii de servicii de TV s-a convenit ca:
    - plata abonamentului sa nu mai fie perceputa in avans, ca pana acum;
    - orice oprire a furnizarii serviciilor sa fie adusa la cunostinta abonatului;
    - sa se elimine clauza contractuala prin care consumatorul era obligat sa plateasca o taxa in cazul in care renunta la serviciile firmei furnizoare de servicii de Tv;
    - sa se introduca o alta clauza contractuala referitoare la reducerea facturii in cazul in care abonatului i-au fost intrerupte serviciile, din motive dependente de firma furnizoare de servicii Tv.

    Orice sesizare cu privire la incalcarea acestor prevederi de catre furnizorii de servicii poate fi facuta de abonati la
