    Hello freinds

Yes indeed Mr saraf receives the hotbird in 8 feet offset.I seen the pictures. I too live near by him . I use a 16 feet motorised dish and I am not able move by dish to Hotbird because of infringement. But I am able to receive Agila 146 with 6 feet offset dish and Iam working on to motorise this dish to watch other sats.

    Regards
    vkumar

    Hello Friends,

I live in Coimbatore ,South India ,close to mr.saraf and geroge to some distance. My 16 feet motorised dish is 20 years old which works on digital positioner. The 6 feet offset dish in which I receive Agila 146 E ,I am in the process to convert into motorised and all accessories with digital positioners ready and the structural work in snails space with the vendor.

Converting your existing dish to motorised is advisable and you don,t get in the market nowadays unless somebody makes against your order.

    Regards
    vkumar

    I am Natraj from kerala.
    I am using a 4.5Mtra dish antena.
I was getting about 600 channels from hot bird till last season.
Hot bird 3 was having the maximum signal strength.
I am sure that it is possible to get one or two frequencies of Hotbird3 even in 6 feet, till shifting those to HB8. But not now.
After shifting the programmes to hotbird 8 it is not at all coming.
Now almost all wide frequencies of Hotbird 6 , 2 and some Europe beam frequencies of hotbird 7 are available now.

At present almost all transponders of HOT BIRD 2 wide are available
7 transponders of Hotbird7 low frequencies
4 transponders of Hotbird2 Loq frequencies
Signals are maximum at early morning
    Verticals have got maximum strength
Horrizontals are very weak and available in the evening
