    4. dreambox can be used to browse the internet? i don't think so (correct me if im wrong). but yes, dreambox can connect to the internet (or any network) for card sharing purposes, update of transponders and channel lists if properly configured. but not to browse the internet. or even capture data packets off internet satellite subscribers.

    5. pc dvb-s and dreambox can be compared to each other based on functionality, but hardware-wise, they are different altogether.

    Offcourse .....very interesting Device for TV satellite hobby.
    Software CAM like real CAMS.
    You cam do every thing you want with this standalone receiver.
