    Default Which Receiver to Buy

I want to see encrypted channels.

I want to buy a receiver which should serve all purposes i.e. should have MAGIC CAME, CI SLOTS, AUTO PIN CODE SYSTEM, and its software/key updates are available easily over the internet and any other useful features.

which receiver I should buy? please advise.

Someone has suggested my SuperMax 6200 which have Magic Cam, 2CI, and Auot PinCode.

Please explain the use of CX/Magic Cam as well.

I want to buy this from Rwp/Isbd, any shop/vendor from where i can purchase this. and it's approx. price as well.

I am new so I want receiver which should be very easy in maintenance, rich in features etc.

    regards.

magic CAM and all other variants of the matrixCAM family is almost dead or dying. you can get a lot of other softwares with a CAM slot and CI slots plus emulation enabled. best to go for Humax5400z.

if all you want to do is watch channels WITHOUT SUBSCRIPTION, then there is no need for you to buy a receiver with CAM/CI slots. just buy pure FTA with patch like hivion, metabox1, etc. almost all channels can be availed on patched FTA receivers, just like if you have a CAM like magic, matrix or dragonCAM.

so i suggest you start with the basics, at least if you damage it, the effect on your pocket financially won't be that much compared to if you damage a more expensive receiver.

    Hi Boknoy

I have clone metabox1 with keycode menu for Seca/Viacc/******/Nagra. I would like to add Biss/Conax/CW patch in it. Where can I get this patch. Also Seca2/Irdeto2/Via2/Nagra2.

    Any Suggestion

    cheers
    Enjoy while FTA....................

Default Plz suggest receiver to buy

So you suggest to buy Humax5400z receiver.

what i understand is that simple bult-in CX cam doesn't do anything so better to go a cheap receiver with software update option. please comment.

Any other best available choice if i want to watch channels for free?

    Thankful to you.

Thanks for the advice. but my neighbour doesn't have a satellite dish infact he is thinking on the same lines

Anyway, I agree with you and I will go for the FTA with PIN CODE, what I am getting in the market is SUPER MAX 9300.

Should I go for it, or any better one you can suggest.

    Thanks.
