    Default LNB frequency

My building in dubai has a central dish antennae system and each flat has its own receiver. There are 4 dishes one for Nilesat (ku), Hotbird (ku) , Insat2e3b (c) and NSS6 (ku).

the nss6 dish was installed recently and I do not know the lnb frequency to key into my receiver.
If I ask details from the installer, he will charge me Dh 100 for just tuning my receiver for nss6 channels.

Is there a way i can get to know the lnb frequency ? I am also not allowed to go to the terrace and check out the lnb.
    HELP guys...

on the current receiver system once you select universal for ku the set automatically selects 9750 - 10600, only if you again change them manually will you loose your setting.
even c band lnbf automatically chooses sinle frequency of 5150.
now if manually changed then the trouble starts, but simply go back to auto.
