Hotbird 8's final position will be 13 Degrees East and before moving it to 13 degrees east they were testing it on 1.7 Degrees east so it will up and running in a few days its planned for beginning of October for all transponders to be working. It will be replacing some transponders from Hotbird 2/3 which is old satellite.
