    1. Joker is the same as Ice Crypt Black and can decrypt the following in the latest version :

    ******
    ****** II
    BetaCrypt
    VIACCESS
    VIACCESS II
    TPSCrypt
    SECA
    SECA II
    Nagravision
    Cryptoworks

and may take the following official cards if you wish to do so:

    - Original Card NOVA.....
    - Original Card SEX VIEW..... ( IRD2 & VIA2 )
    - Original Card SEX VIEW PLUS..... ( IRD2 & VIA2 )
    - Original Card SCT..... ( IRD2 & VIA2 )
    - Original Card SPICE PLATINUM.....
    - Original Card ULTRA BLUE..... ( IRD2 & VIA2 )
    - Original Card Premiere.....
    - Original Card ORF.....
    - Original Card (Ver. 7.0) TPS.....
    - Original Card (Ver. 7.0) CANALSATELITE.....
    - Original Card (Ver. 7.0) CYFRA+.....
    - Original Card (Ver. 7.0) Taquilla.....
    - Original Card TV Cabo....
    - Original Card Via Digital.....
    - Gold Card.....
    - Full-X1, X2 & X3..... now stopped

zeta cam used to open fullx with the neotin chip embedded and can mostly open the same set of encryptions on official card (no emulation i think) there are zeta blue, yellow, orange, purple. visit www.zetacam.com for further details.

    2. best is relative to experience. most cams are dead or dying, same with emulation based STBs. if you want to invest, the hot cam nowadays is Diablo CAM.

    3. not CI stb, but STB with CAM slot.

    4. can't comment about availability or pricing in Pakistan

    5. depends on the software. zeta does not have a software emulation i think. Joker does.

    6. you need a card loader, or for best management, use a CAS interface like CAS2/3.
