    Default DIGI TV - NOTA 10

    salutare..... NU, nu este un calificativ ... ci doar mesajele care apar la abonatii mei (o parte).... stiu ca inseamna ca sunt deconectati de la retea insa mai sunt si exceptii.


    1. Abonatu incheie contract pe 3.07.2006 - 2 decodoare .... pe 27.07.2006 are nota 10 pe ambele
    2. abonat incheie contract pe 18.02.2006 - DIGIBOX - plateste in avans pe 12 luni ... are nota 10
    3. abonati care au promotie gratuit si o restanta de 12 Lei pt E1x2 luni si au toate canalele taiate.

    ce se intampla cu DIGI TV ... a intrat in criza de bani ? sau si-a pierdut rabdarea asteptand banii oamenilor care nu primesc facturi?

    poate ma ajuta cineva cu raspunsuri.

    1. Probabil, abonatu' nu a activat cartela cand a cumparat receptorul. Digi transmite semnalele de activare doar cateva zile. Daca nu pui receptorul pe antena in acest interval, cartela nu se mai activeaza. Rezolvarea e simpla, suni la serviciul de relatii cu clientii.
    2. Asa cum e formulat, nu se poate da raspuns. Solutia e aceeasi - suni la relatii cu clientii. Daca omul e la zi cu plata, cartela se activeaza imediat.
    3. Mi se pare normal, cata vreme sunt restante la plata de 2 luni.
