    I NEED A HELP. WHERE I CAN FIND ANY TRANSISTOR OR IC'S DATA LINKS. OFTENLY I NEED TO KNOW TRANSISTORS VOLTAGE CURRENT, FREQUENCY, EQUALANTS. THANKING IN ADVACE.

    go to any web search engine - google, yahoo etc and put the part number on search.or try NTE corporation on net

    for semiconductor data you have to log on the net, even if you register with nte and download their cross reference data, you will still log to the net for specs.

    Default transistors


    for my electronics info[basic stuff] i use maplin catalogue,it contains specs for transistors sold[online catalogue]also they sell a transistor checker,it gives ebc pin readout,etc,so equivalents can be sought for use
