    Default VISIONET=8000 CIS+2CI slots Receiver

I have heard from reliablke sources that Sathhai has been selling this Digital Satellite Receiver, which is better than the craps u find in the markets.
    It is not cheap-app.A$670)
    But it has any features.
I am trying to learn more about the above DSreceiver, by asking the agents in Thailand for more spercificatsions.
As this unit is sold by the well known Sathhai it may have a good or better after sales service .
    Thanks for reading my mail.

YES THERE ARE TWO SATTHAIS NOW WHICH IS CONFUSING.
THE ONE FROM PHUKET THAT POSTS HERE AND THE SHOP IN BKK OPPOSITE THE PENINSULA HOTEL.
THERE ARE ALSO NUMEROUS GERMAN INTERNET SITES SELLING THIS BOX MORE CHEAPLY BUT YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU GET FROM THE TWO SATTHAIS.
THE GERMAN CO'S AND INDEED ONE UK CO. DO NOT NORMALLY SELL OUTSIDE EUROPE AND ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM LOADING THE SOFTWARE OR EVEN EXPLAINING HOW THEIR BOXES WORK..

Hisat gives out links to the software patches, though they will sell the receivers unpatched as it is illegal as mentioned. your problem when buying from EU suppliers will be the server farms as they cater to a different package than what is available in your area, so your best bet is to buy from the nearest dealer who can guarantee you a server access via IP. i think this box also has emu built on to it?

    Default BASSETT

NO, BASSETT WOULD NEVER EVEN CONTEMPLATE SUCH A WICKED CRIMINAL ACT.
FROM HIS POSTINGS HE CLEARLY WOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SUCH A TERRIBLE SIN. HE WOULD BE BARRED BY THE ANGELS FROM ENTERING HEAVEN AND HAVE TO REMAIN IN HELL / THE DEVIL'S KINGDOM.

As most of the Senior Members are Satellite hobbists, they would try to get their hands on anything to do with Satellites viewing.
I have bought more than 10 different Dig.Sate.Receivers, tested it n resold it .
This exercise gave me the knowledge of the operating kills of each receiver.
As my knowledge grew so are my equipment.
Now I have a CBand Motorised Dish system n
a Ku Band with a provisoion of 8 Ku Band satellites.
Thanks to W for his guidances.
    Thanks for reading my mail.

Excercising while operating allways kills the receiver.
My knowledge fails to grow, so does my equipment.

If you Purchase a Visionnet Receiver you should By from Our Company
for the simple reason it will WORK ,If you purchase elsewhere it will NOT work with our Software 100% .
If you purchase from somewhere else we can upgrade your receiver for the price of 1'000 baht this will then do many things ..

WE ARE THE ** ONLY ** Thai Company who sell CIS Version in Thailand
YOU CANNOT purchase anywhere else in thailand .
Apart from S Model and S+ Model .

Also if you purchase any Visionnet from another Thai Company other than our's it will not have the same functions as our's and will NOT work in the FUTURE - You have been warned ..

If you want a visionnet you should purchase from Our Company in Phuket Thailand Officie

Ours have been working now over 8 months now and will continue to work ...... Also Telkom will be soon >>>

Remember if you have Purchased a visionnet from another company you can send your receiver to us and we can upgrade the box for you for 1'000 baht .

My Humax has been working for over 6 years now (not 8 months) and it is far better as is my DM7020(Dreambox) so no you can not compare these two tried and true STB's with the VN as it has none of the functionality.

It only does card sharing, even the GBOX on the old Humax out preforms it for cost, functionality, stability and with a good TOH leaves it for dead. When combined with a DMxxxx it can not be touched.

no mate, nothing like that,, besides we don't have broadband here yet.

And lets face it,, the services are not exactly busting out, to be hacked.

I,ve been trying to locate a hyundai 800ci Power supply,, after nearly 10 years the old thing has died

for your use in australia, this receiver is nothing special, and is also over priced, considering what else is out there, plus warrenty is doubtful, unless your prepaird to pay ALL transport costs to the supplier. Even then it's doubtful.
You would be far better of with a Fortec, as for services viewable, asiasat 2 & 3s & 4 pas 2 & 8 palapa c2. plus, plus
    regards from OZ bassett
