Default I need help as I am completely useless!!

You have to admit, when it's true correct? I have a TechnoSat T-888. Recently I have lost all the programs that I watch, BBC (both) Multivision (all), Motors TV, and horrifyingly, Spice Platinum. I need help, and I'm completely new to Satelite receivers, so if you can help, please explain as if to a child (which I'm not - I'm 34 years old)
    Thanks in advance

try 10911.00MHz-Vertical for your spice platinum channel. BBC is also using the AES keys, imho so update them accordingly. as for motorstv, i cannot answer that.

    Default Thanks... But....

Many thanks Bok_noy, but as I said, I have no clue what that means. Do I go to the Channel and try to adjust or do I go the the Manual edit and do from there? What do I do, this is the first time that I have even gone into my satelite settings - never seen them before, all looks very confusing!

go to your menu, satellite settings and select hotbird then look at the transponder list. if you don't find the one i posted, add it manually, do a search and view your channels. it would help a lot if you can mention the receiver you are using so that people may be able to guide you accordingly on what to do.
