I am assuming you have installed the drivers properly from the bundeled CD or downloaded from technisat website.

Uninstall Progdvb completely and remove its installation folder also. Now re-install it agian and during installation Select Skystar-2/Nova device. After finshing installation, start the device from Device menu if it is not automatically started. and here you go.

yeah thats what skystar-2 pci, ok try this download the latest drivers of od SkyStar-2 from technisat.com and also dowload the latest ProgDVB from their website and re-install both again.

In your MyComputer properties, be sure SkyStar-2 is properly installed as one of Netwrok adapters. and Setup4pc and green icon is active and visible at right bottom of task bar, right after the clock.

I got the same problem with the latest ProgDVB (v 4.73). After a few trials, I went back to an older version that worked perfectly. May be it is time for me to update the driver. I am still using the old drivers. The latest drivers file size is huge and it takes ages for me to download over my dialup connection. Has anybody tried the latest version?
