The subscribers and future UPC subscribers of the aggolmeration of Chateauroux in Indre seem to rebel vis-a-vis with the rather disappointing attitude of the câblo-operator. The agglomeration castelroussine is rather well served by UPC and is covered by television only. Only here. The quality of service is rather good but the quality of the customer service is much less. The New Republic published a testimony of a customer mécontant last Saturday. Several people read this testimony and answered the New Republic to appear. In these testimonys, one encounters a problem of not taken into account of cancellation in spite of several letters! One meets also people having problems of taking away too important (80 euros instead of 24,40!). But the problem more amusing is undoubtedly that of this young woman wishing to become customer and being made trott service in service, paying more than 35 euros of telephone and with final, not having still access to the cable! It would thus seem that UPC does not pay too attention to the problems which the subscribers encounter. Let us hope for how this attitude changes!
