Got to the post by Tiger501a in the link I mentioned.
The simplest definition of card sharing is that you use 1 legal smart card for several persons to watch the satellite package individually.
Card sharing is NOT EASY. You have to have at least basic knowledge of networking, advance PC skills, etc. If the explanation on that thread is hard for you to understand then find somebody who can do it for you.

go to the post of Tiger501a and download the ****** Cardsharing Version 1.00 and there is a pdf files how to do. it is easy and i did follow and now i am connected to his server, i am watching TFC, all you need for a client is a Season Interface 2, try to serch what is season interface if you dont know what is it and the guide is there in the pdf files there is a picture on there how the program is running, the season i fund o this site

    http://www.hm-sat-shop.de/10086.ahtml

you need the season if you are the client,

and if you are making a server then you need a original subscription card, cardreader with phonix mode of 6Mhz, ( like Cas Interface 2, by dual labs, or Infinity Usb) PC running windows, any internet connection, and the Server program.

im sure you can find it in UAE especially Dubai or Bahrain as most pc and satellite supplies are abundant in that region compared to other GCC countries so your option will be better. if you want a lower spec pc to run your dvb pci, then get a nexus-s or skystar1 as these have onboard MPEG decoders, freeing your cpu for the cycles it takes to process the satellite stream. but if you have a p4 already, then get skystar2 or technisat and it's clones.

    CardSharing
A card sharing server (receiver or pc dvb) holds an original subscription card and connected to internet to share the data. Other users with receiver/pc dvb connects to the server via internet and share its cards. it behaves that they also have the same original card in their receiver/pc dvb. DreamBox, humax and pc dvb are good for card sharing.
Another method which is used by some receivers is card sharing data is transmitted over satellite and a user with compatible satellite receiver has to connect to that satellite to receive the card sharing data.

    PC DVB requirement
for a premium cards like Nexus-s, SkyStar-1, TT premiere even a Pentium-3 with 600 Mhz processor and 128mb RAM will work. but for budget cards like Nova, SkyStar-2, TT budget you need at least p-4 with at least 1.4Ghz, 256mb ram and at least 32mb video ram for good performance. for PC DVB USB devices slightly less pc than what is required for budget cards.

    What is cardsharing

Cardsharing is a method to use one
satellite subscription card with more than one satellite receiver in a same time.
With cardsharing your digital receiver gets its information via the Internet or LAN from another
place, instead of the local smart card. This means that you can service your
smart card on another place, without going to your receiver.

    IS IT LEGAL TO USE?

Yes, it is fully legal if You use it with your own satellite subscription card and for your private purposes only!
    .

What I need to use it?
You will need the following components:

DVB Receiver; it can be a PCI card (like SkyStar 1 or 2) or a set top box called DBox or DreamBox
A permanent LAN or WAN connection to your cardserver host
valid account on the cardserver host
Installed client plugins on the receiver systems

SkyStar 2 or similar PCI card based systems are not as professional like DBox, but they offer more functionality.

DBox means the best solution for people who need high quality and high reliability. It is equipped with Ethernet port, so You can connect it your computer, ADSL modems etc.

Which TV channels can I follow using this method?

You can watch every scrambled TV channels if You have connection to the proper cardsharing server.
