    Default FEC 7/8

    Hi everyone

I have a problem receiving FEC 7/8 channels. As an example I was receiving a channel perfectly clear. They just changed the FEC from 3/4 to 7/8 and my receiver stopped receiving it .

    Any suggestions

    Thanks

FEC 7/8 is difficult to receive as compared to FEC 2/3 which is easier
    to receive.

As FEC is changed so is the signal level so you are not able
to receive it maybe u need bigger dish.

Thanks for th info but is there a rule. How big the dish should be. I have a 2 meter dish which was receiving at FEC 3/4...

Possibly you will only need to do a fine-tune on your dish.
First, try twisiting the LNB slightly (either way) and see if the signal peaks.
