    Default electronics direct...help please


    i have ordered and paid for the dream machine decoder from this place and now 2 weeks and no decoder and no answer from my emails, does anyone no how to contact the owner or have i been ripped off...

    they r big rip offs i orderd a cam & a card but about 15 days passed on nothing in the end they cancellrd the order.

    MY DREAM MACHINE IS SOLD/DISTRIBUTED BY SATTHAI HERE AT $300.
    BE VERY CAREFULL AS USE OF THIS RECEIVER IN AUSTRALIA WHERE THE COPYRIGHT LAWS ARE QUITE STRICT COULD BE SERIOUSLY ILLEGAL.
    BY THE WAY 'JSAT' HERE IN THAILAND IS VERY WELL KNOWN, RUN BY A KIWI WITH WEBSITE/ FORUM WWW.JSAT.TV.
    ARE MANY PEOPLE NOT CONFUSED ?

    i also ordered allready with E -DIRECT, no problem, only problem is ,
    never forget in thailand everything 5 times more slow than any where else in the world, so maybe a little bit patience will do........

    I ALSO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH VN-8000F AND I HAVE EMAILED E-DIRECT FIVE TIMES NO REPLY.

    From my Experience, EDIRECT is a nice person. But some times he could not respond. It may be becuase of the purchase and communication arrangements managed by the same person. From my experience He NEVER CHEATED me. As some of our friends said a 'little bit patience will do.........'

    What ! patience for more than 3 weeks. before the purchase it was for help and nice , now I haven't heard since than.

    lol, it seems EDIRECT is taking yet another round of bashing this time. what compromise does EDIRECT give to complaining customers? just refund the money if the merchandise does not arrive on time? they ship by DHL etc and these carriers does not take more than a week to deliver! could be stocks problem, could be email server problem, could be an eathquake on some hidden places under their tables? who knows?

    Bank transfer delivery take around 10 day's ( Pending Payment's)

    We have never ever FAILED our delivery time's

    as for DIPPA we have responded to your e-mails many times
    but YOU keep asking the same questions over and over again and these questions can get us into prison ....
    YES the Dream Machine works - TELCOM ( Delivery 3/4 days )
    as for your other receiver we have explaind the card sharing which we have no part of at all and you must be patient .. If you loose a package check your lan connection and re-set the box auto ip if the package is still not working then nobody at present is sharing that server ...

    If you are selling on the internet you would want to be netiba certified if you are in the USA, but how many sat dealers world wide sell via the internet ONLY? Not many, so I do not get this point about netiba.

    Would it not be better to have your Thai business license / company register number (or Por Por 20 your VAT cert.) instead, to give more confort to the internet purchases, assuming you have a Thai business license and VAT register that is?
