    Default where pakistani dth services?

The pakistani minister for information has been saying for the last 3 years that licenses have been granted to 3 dth companies namely ary dth, geo dth, and pak dth. None of these packages has materialized so far. Does any friend have any information regarding these dth services, when they are likely to start and what will be their content?

Dear friends don't worry as in Daily jang rawalpindi in mid dec it was published on 2nd page that pemra asks both dth companies to submit their 2nd installment as required by law and then they will legaly able to start its transmission after some period .So this news show hopes in our mind that Dth will start very soon as Pemra asked for 2nd and final installment of the license fee from DTH.
Yes it is also true that cable operators don't want to have pak own dth as they are even blackmailing pak tv channels as today it is published in Jang Rwp that Cable operators assosiation of Pak demanding Broadcaster association of pak that it must accept their 6 points demand then they will work jointly to stop Star zee and other indian dth and will fulfill govt demand of not telecasting indian channels.someof their demands are
    1. that they will n't pay for pak paid encrypted channels
    2. Every pak channel will pay them carriage fee
    3. Broadcaster Associaton of Pak will contain 5 of their (Cable operator association)members in higher posts.
4.They will work jointyly against zee star dth
so they are black mailing but Broadcasters accept their suggestions for review and decision will be on 5th feb .
thats the reason our media is not strong but we should hope for best.
