Default DishTV Zenega CD1004is signal problem - Please Help

    Hi all..
I have a zenega CD1004is receiver ( soft ver 4.72 ), in which i am receiving 11038 H signal ( 65 % ) ,but home transponder ( 12688 V ) and all other frequencies are 2% to 3% percent signal quality. I tried resetting to factory default. Tried STB to STB software download ( using RS-232 null cable ) But the problem remains.
I confirmed that my LNB and Cable are ok by connecting another working Zenega CD1004is receiver , it was receiving over 65 % signal on all frequencies.
I opened receiver and checked for Leaking and bulging capacitors, but did not find any. Now i made 11038H my home transponder and i'm receiving 10 to 12 channels... But how to get back the other V and H frequencies ?

Anyone has diagram for zenega cd1004is... anyone knows which capacitors to be changed for signal loss issues If anyone has pls PM me...Thanks in adv
