    Default Newbi question

Hi all, i have just got a new Star sat reciver from the middle east that can be connected to the internet to open locked channels. Here in europ the reciver is working well and unlocking all the channels but i got an issue. When i watch locked channels, The picture keeps freezing and lagging. If i watch normal channels the picture is fine? I am getting good signal but cant understand what the problem is.

Dose the speed of the internet cam cause this problem if the net is slow?

    Any help will be great.

    Thanks in advance!
