    Default Shooting the Bird (NBA TV) - Snowite

    MR. BOKNOY, I TRY TO SET UP MY DISH TO GET THE NBA TV, I USE DISH BIGGER THAN 5.5 FT.(MAY BE NEXT SIZE TO IT),UNIVERSAL LNB.FOR TWO NIGHTS I CAN'T SHOOT THE BIRD.I SET MY DISH TO GET THE ARABSAT BECAUSE FROM THE THREAD THEY SAID IT IS NEAR TO ARABSAT.FROM ARABSAT I MOVED MY DISH TO THE LEFT BUT STILL I'M A FAILURE.PLEASE HELP ME. I'M USING STRONG 4630 RECIEVER TO FIND THE SIGNAL.I CANT FIND METABOX 3 RECIEVER HERE IN AL KHOBAR AREA.THEY ARE SHOWING ME BESAT/ THEY TOLD ME IT IS THE SAME THE COMPANY JUST CHANGED THE NAME BECAUSE THE AUTHORITHIES ARE CONFISCATING METABOX RECIEVER.THANKS A LOT. IREALLY NEED YOU'RE HELP COZ I LOVE THAT GAME!
    @snowite,

    it is safe to get the Besat brand as they are the official distributor of metaware products for the KSA and neighbouring areas.

    for the rest of users here who have been asking for the referrence point in getting the 42E position, i'll post the pics here. the dish on the foreground is my own 42E dish, the rest of the dishes in the background are all Hotbird tuned. so if you base from this picture, you should be able to get the approximate position and dish alignment on how to get NBATV on Turksat1C. lnb position is at 6 O'clock.

    somebody in Qatar was able to get it on a 90cm dish. i use a 180cm dish (recommended size) since the signal is very unstable at best.
