Default coship CDVB 6750, RS 232 port

I'am trying to connect this reciever to my pc using the RS-232 port, But failed, Then I just opened the reciever to make sure the RS232 port is connected, It has a four pin header on the board to which the Rs-232 port is connected, Now out of curiosity I just opened the RS-232 port, removed the plastic and saw that in the connector there are two wires coming from the header pins on the ends connected to pin 1, then the two wires coming from the middle pins are connected to pins 3 and 4 , What kind of pin out is this, Can someone tell me how to connect this box to rs-232 of the desktop , I can make a cable and solder it too
    Thanks in advance

I do not have any rx and tx, If I'am right they are 2,3 of the rs-232 cable, IN this case there is no connection made to 2 , SO how can a null modem cable work, I tried one but it did not connect, Ie why I decided to take a look inside
