    Let's see
    4 feet means 2.2 meters
According to Lyngsat footprints maps we have

    a 39 dBw/m signal for 9 deg.east
    You are at the limit.
Which are the 3 satellites that you want to receive with the same dish?
I hope that you have a KU band satelllite antenna.
From your site you have to point your dish to 76.29 deg. west with elevation 13,87 deg and turn your LNB with 57.2 deg. counterclockwise.
