Default Getting Nilesat, hotbird or Badr in Nairobi Kenya

    Hello all
I am very new to this FTA thing. I was using GTV until it collapsed. Recently a friend brought me a very small FTA reciever. Tried playing around with my dish and managed to get some Sirius channels. I would like to know if it is possible and how i can get Nilesat, Hotbird or Badr in Nairobi Kenya. Would also like to know if for example i have 7 degrees east do i just have to move the Azimuth to the other direction to get 7 degrees west. Please assist cause i do not understand this azimuth and elevation thing.

Thanks in advance and God bless.
