    Default C/s fate?

    Dear experts and all,

Of recent, I have come across a situation whereby cardsharing server (cccam) cannot accept connection from clients of one continent while other clients from a different location(continent) can manage!.

For me, I find this very STRANGE to explain. Is it a sign of censure against CS?

Please experts, ist a common phenomena?
