he means he has wireless (maybe wifi/3g/wimax/etc) on his pc/laptop and wants to share to his dreambox.

use a crossover/patch ethernet cable, and enable ICS.

go to Network connection and make 1 Network Bridge from your Wirelles and Lan
check the Ip from this Bridge and set on DM 500 1 number higher ore lower

the reply i gave to you is the most basic of it all. search ICS (or internet connection sharing) in google, and there you have it. all that remains is for you to plug that crossover/patch cable.

if yes then set your DM IP 192.168.0.3 to 256 anything you want...

when you get the icon of connection to Dreambox then check connectivity first by FTP program.

if all things go fine... then go to further process

Go to Network connection -> setup home or small office network -> follow steps like check the button this computer is directly connected from internet -> select the internet connection(here select your wireless connection) -> select network connections to bridge(wiresless and lan connection that is for DM)

I was using this process when I was on wireless internet (not remember all the steps but something was like this

I hope it give a hint to you

(I cant give you step by step details here with screenshot because I am on ADSL and options are not visible to me.)

PLS tell if I am wrong...
Thanks a lot for this brief explanation. i will try and let you know if it was successful. Once again Thanks.
