Since this is my all-time-favorite Serbian actor, and since I own like 60 percent of his movies (unfortunately only about 5 of them are subtitled in English and I haven't had the chance to learn Serbian yet - but the time is coming :mrgreen: ), I want to reccomend some of his movies to you, who I'm sure will be able to appreciate and value them perhaps even more than my Romanian fellows.

Mehanizam (http://www.crnaberza.com/details.php?id=3965&hit=1) (2000) - his greatest movie ever, DVD or divx (http://www.crnaberza.com/details.php?id=3977&hit=1) - I totally loved this movie, even though I had to report a factual error to IMDB, I still think it's great

Lepa Sela Lepo Gore (http://www.crnaberza.com/details.php?id=4056&hit=1) (1996) - Greatest war movie EVER (or almost, totally comparable to any other historical performance, but alltogether more believable) - divx
Balkankan (http://www.crnaberza.com/details.php?id=4164&hit=1) (2005) - some call it a great road movie. I'd rather not comment on it - divx
Mi nismo Andjeli 1&2 (http://www.crnaberza.com/details.php?id=3903&hit=1) (1992, 2005) - bad script, but the critics call it his greatest presence on the screen. They are totally wrong. Divx or DVD (http://www.crnaberza.com/details.php?id=3890&hit=1)
Zivot je cudo (http://www.crnaberza.com/details.php?id=3831&hit=1) (2004) - Kusturica's recent movie. Great script, great performance, a little bit too long for my taste (DVD)
What else? There are still some great movies out there starring N.K, I'll try and keep you up to date. Right now I'm looking for an English subtitle for Kupi mi Eliota (iMDB (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0188019/)), if anyone of you might think there's a DVD-ripped subtitle out there, don't hesitate to post.
